We will try our best to supply the lowest shipping cost for you.

We'll ship the orders out in 7days in business days mostly after receiving your cleared payment. If we don’t ship your order in 7days, there must be some items are out of stock, then we will e-mail you via the e-mail address which you register on our site, then you can replace the out of stock items or accept our refund to your balance. After you receive the order, please check the quality and the quantity of the items you order from U2K Inc and you can choose that we refund the balance on our site to your Paypal account or just leave it on our site and you can use it for your next order from U2K Inc. After shipping out your items, we would update the order status to ""Shipped"", with email notification. Normally your order will arrive within 4-9 business days. We do not deliver on public holidays. There are usually considerable postal delays if there are public holidays at your end, so please take this into consideration!

Most wholesale orders are shipped by EMS and DHL(Economic) (except some special countries), we will give you a tracking number. You can track your parcel by visiting EMS and DHL Tracking system. If you’d like to use other Express Post service, please contact our online customer service, they will provide you the price, and when you place the order you can select EMS or DHL , but we will calculate the shipping fee according to the shipping method you select and update the new Shipping Price for you.

Most parcel for 1 or 2 pieces clothes, we suggest you to use China Post Air Cargo (Register Mail) to ship, if you are patient enough. For air cargo, we will calculate your shipping fee basing on every 100 gram, it is different from EMS 500 gram. So it will be more cost-effective, if you just order few pieces.
